Grand Hotel PMS — Property Management & Hotel Operations System

Grand Hotel PMS is a production-grade, white-label property management system built with Next.js, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS, and Framer Motion — evolving the guest-facing "Grand Lumière" hotel website into a complete back-office operations platform for 5-star hotels.

The Front Desk module gives staff a real-time view of today's arrivals and departures, room status across the property, and one-click actions for check-in, check-out, and stay extensions. Housekeeping tracks room cleaning status and staff assignments room-by-room. Channel Management syncs availability and rates across OTA channels from a single dashboard.

The integrated POS module handles in-house restaurant, bar, and room-service billing, while Kitchen Inventory tracks stock levels, supplier orders, and wastage for the culinary team. Maintenance logs and assigns facility issues with priority and status tracking. The Billing module consolidates room charges, POS tabs, and spa/event bookings into a single guest folio with automated invoicing via Resend.

The Analytics & Back-Office dashboards surface occupancy rates, revenue breakdowns, and departmental performance — giving hotel managers a single source of truth. The Booking Engine and Reservations modules manage the full guest booking lifecycle, while the guest-facing site retains its rooms, dining, spa, events, gift cards, offers, and careers pages with the signature gold-on-charcoal luxury design language (Playfair Display typography, #C9A84C gold accents).

Built as a white-label template — the entire brand (name, location, contact details, promo codes) is driven by environment variables, so the same codebase can be re-skinned and deployed for any luxury hotel property in days.
