KENSHIN — Martial Arts Academy Website & Gear Shop

KENSHIN is a production-grade martial arts academy website built with Next.js, Framer Motion, GSAP, and React Three Fiber for subtle 3D/animated detailing. It covers the full footprint a real academy needs: dedicated pages for each program (Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Muay Thai, kickboxing, MMA, kids martial arts, and self-defense), individual instructor/team profiles, a class schedule page, and a training journal (blog) for technique write-ups and academy news.

The gear shop lets visitors browse real equipment — gloves, shin guards, hand wraps, focus mitts, headgear, a competition gi, and more — and add items to a cart. Checkout is deliberately built as a gear inquiry rather than a live payment flow: the cart submits an inquiry form and the academy follows up directly to confirm availability and arrange payment, avoiding the cost and liability of a full payment gateway for a low-volume gear shop.

The site leans into a premium, editorial visual language — a custom cursor, scroll-triggered animation throughout, and Fraunces display typography — built to feel like a boutique studio rather than a generic gym template.
