📋About This Project
A WhatsApp-first appointment system built so patients never have to call in. Patients message the clinic's own WhatsApp number to book, reschedule, or ask a question — no app to download. Staff run everything from one reception dashboard: a live message inbox, an unanswered-messages queue, a patient directory, doctor profiles with editable weekly schedules, and a daily overview that updates itself.
The moment a booking is confirmed, automatic 24-hour and 1-hour WhatsApp reminders go out on their own, cutting no-shows without anyone having to remember to call. An Emergency Symptom Triage protocol walks a patient through urgent-symptom questions and instantly alerts the on-call doctor by WhatsApp with the exact chat transcript — before reception even sees it. Appointment slips and prescriptions are generated with the clinic's own branding as PDFs and delivered straight to the patient's WhatsApp the moment staff confirm them.
Built with Next.js and Node.js, backed by a real production deployment for a Karachi clinic today.
