DawaDesk — WhatsApp Pharmacy Software

DawaDesk turns a pharmacy's own WhatsApp number into a 24/7 sales counter. Customers type medicine lists in English, Urdu script or Roman Urdu — including quantities like "2 patte" — and the assistant checks live stock and replies with a priced bill and delivery, pickup and payment options. When a brand is out of stock it offers the same salt from another company, so the sale stays in the pharmacy. Prescription photos are read into an AI-drafted order that the pharmacist verifies line by line before any price is sent.

Customers on monthly medicines are reminded three days before they run out and reorder with one tap; counter sales of chronic medicines enrol them automatically. Payments run through JazzCash and Easypaisa links or cash on delivery, and a rider app confirms each delivery with the customer's OTP while the owner settles each rider's cash separately.

Behind the chat sits a full pharmacy back office: counter POS with loyalty points and a digital khata with WhatsApp payment reminders, batch-wise stock sold first-expiry-first-out with 90-day expiry alerts, a distributor reorder list, a missed-sales report, and an owner dashboard.
